About us

We visited Skopelos for the first time in 2015 and just fell in love with the simple charm of the island and its people.

In 2018 we purchased a property that “needed a bit of attention” just outside the port of Loutraki and began creating our happy space.

Fast forward to 2024 and we have moved to the island. Our space still “needs a little attention” but it’s a labour of love and it is home to us and our 
nutty pet cockatoo, Aku.

Thanks to technology we are able to work remotely and live in this beautiful space.

Our background has always been in property and facilities management and we have set up a UK based company to provide property related services to non-resident home owners on Skopelos.

We know from our own experiences how tricky it can be to own a property here and to get things done when you are away.

We offer a simple and very affordable troubleshooting service that can be scaled up and down depending on what you need.

It may be as simple as keyholding for your guests, handling an IKEA delivery, a meter read or cleaning and airing your property. We carry out simple maintenance and if we can’t do it, we know someone who can. In addition to this you will get clear reporting and photos of any issues.
